Just saw a Michael Jackson impersonator carrying a hula hoop on 5th Ave N downtown Nashville, marching band jacket costume and all. #strange

Sweet! Got the email saying my iPad 2 has shipped, a week ahead of what was on my order confirmation. Yay for unnecessary purchases!
What a welcome surprise at 4:30 this afternoon to find out from coworkers that today is Friday, not Thurs. as I’d totally believed. #duh
Received my iPad2 Smart Cover today that I ordered… two weeks in advance of expected shipping of my iPad2. Way to tease, Apple.

So yesterday was mine and Jennifer’s (@kittywink) third anniversary together. Time flies when you’re having fun.
Just bought a mega haul of magazines at Borders tonight in Cool Springs. 40% off was the impetus.
Wow! So nice outside today. I don’t know about you buy I’m done with snow and ready for Spring. #beautifulday

Surreal…just had lunch with Alice Cooper and producers to celebrate his birthday. Great guy. We sang “School’s Out” to him at the cake.

Just saw “The King’s Speech”…absolutely spectacular movie. Nice blend of drama and humor at just the right moments. Superb acting.

Finished 1st week at the new design job. Already acclimated to the new office. I’ve always adjusted to new situations quickly/easily.
Caught the Pres’ speech at the Shooting Victim’s Memorial Service in AZ on CSPAN. It was a great one. #azshooting

Bruce Lee’s “Return of the Dragon” is on G4 station now. Lee is awesome even if the movie isn’t. I think he kills Chuck Norris in this one.
Really excited… I have a new design job with a new company! Will miss some folks from the current job but it’s a great opportunity.
Drinking champagne at Schermerhorn waiting for new year. Concert was unbelievably cool. Dig the present conductor. Great sense of humor.
